Order Processing Time:
Please note the order processing time. You should receive item on or before the estimated date of arrival as shown in your account. We process orders according to ebay schedule. Most of the time, we ship orders earlier than ebay schedule. However, sometimes, USPS does delay mail. If that happens, please be patient. When FREE shipping is offered, we ship via First Class Mail. First class mail is never guaranteed by ebay, USPS, or us to reach you on a particular date. That is why is is called ESTIMATED date of arrival. However, 99%+ of orders reach customers on or before ebay schedule. If you need to get the item fast, please contact us before placing order to find out if we can ship your order faster or via priority mail. (You have to pay extra for priority mail).
This item will be shipped from USA. Once you place the order, the item is not shipped right away. Please be patient to receive the tracking information. Rest assure, your order will be processed according to (OR SOONER THAN) ebay schedule.
Our normal order processing time is 3 business days. However, if we are closed for vacation, this time may be different. And again the estimated time of arrival of your item will be shown in your account.
Why My Order is Not Shipped Yet? 1, 2 , 3 or even 4 Days have passed.
Please check if our store is on vacation. (it is not very common, it may happen only a couple of times in a year). As stated earlier, we process orders according to ebay schedule. In rare cases, if 4 days have been passed and you did not receive tracking number, please note that there may be Saturday, Sunday or a Public Holiday in between these 4 days. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Hence these days (since they are not business days) do not count towards the processing time.
We leave feedback in batches because of large number of orders. If you have not received feedback yet, please be patient, it will be left soon.
Gift Item or Drop Shipping:
If you are buying this item for someone else as a gift or for your customer, please leave us a note not to include invoice.
When your order is processed, a tracking number will be automatically added to your order.
Once order is placed, we cannot change shipping address. If you entered wrong address by mistake, please cancel the order and place a new one with correct shipping address.
Labels are printed by ebay system, with the address that you provide during checkout. We do not write your address manually, hence there is no chance of error by us. If the address that you provided is wrong or incomplete and the item comes back to us, please note that it is not our fault. Shipping may be charged to you, because we did pay for shipping. We can either re-ship item to a different address or refund your payment (minus shipping) or any other solution if you like. Please be patient and contact us to reach a suitable solution for you.

If you send us a message, please be patient to receive a reply. It may take 1-2 business days. If our store is on vacation, it may take longer. However, usually we reply faster.
